After 9 wonderful years of working with Portugal’s generic office we are handing over the reins at the end of the year to concentrate on new projects such as the community building side of DoILikeIt? and organising the Three Wine Men tastings.
I would like to personally thank the JKM team, all the producers, the importers, the hundreds of press and UK trade supporters, and the teams I have worked with at AICEP and ViniPortugal.
We will always have Portuguese wines in our hearts and in our glasses!

This exciting new consumer event is hosted by Oz Clarke, Olly Smith and Tim Atkin, a trio of the UK’s liveliest and most entertaining wine personalities.
Come and see us this month in London at Lord’s Cricket Ground on 24th, 25th and 26th September, we will also be in Manchester on 1st & 2nd October.

Some years ago I was ‘duped’ by a company calling itself The European City Guide. There are now a spate of letters (I had 3 last week) from a company claiming to organise an Expo-Guide. It looks to me like a re-hash of the ECG albeit the invitation to be listed is slightly less deceptively written.
Whilst this guide might exist, you need to be aware that if you SIGN the attached form you are potentially committing yourself to thousands of euros of expenses over the next 3 years.
If you have signed the form and are now being asked for money you might like to look at the Stop European City Guide web site that was set up to help people in your situation.
…but just beware
