The Events
We have 6 events in total this year, so why not make the Three Wine Men events a serious part of your consumer strategy? They are a reasonable price with no hidden costs.
What You Get For Your Money
- Riedel ‘Chianti’ glasses
- Receipt of your wine into the SWS warehouse and delivery to your table on the day

- Free entry in the tasting brochure (two pages per table booked with a maximum of 14 wines in the brochure per table).
- All the usual tasting equipment including table(s) (6’ trestle tables) with cloths, Ice box, ice, water biscuits, spitoons

Selling Wines on The Day
You will be able to bring stock to sell on the day which you will have to store under your table (so this should give you an idea of how much you can bring). Included in the cost of exhibiting, we are organising a central order desk where visitors can place orders from you, for delivery after the show.
Mobile PDA machines can be rented if you want one for your individual table(s). All wines must have retail distribution in the UK.
After the experience of 2011 and feedback from exhibitors, we are planning to increase awareness about selling wine on the day to visitors.
Cost of Exhibiting
The cost of exhibiting is just £1200 per event (2 days).
You will save yourself £1200 if you book all 6 events (12 days in total):
- Making a total of £6,000 + VAT per table for all six events
Or if you want to book individual events, the cost will be as follows:
- £1,200+VAT per table for 1 event
- £2,400 + VAT per table for 2 events
- £3,600 + VAT per table for 3 events
- 4,800 + VAT per table for 4 events
Half tables and multiple tables are also available, please ask for details.
Number of wines per table: Whilst we don’t want to be too prescriptive about the number of wines you can show per table, you can only include 14 wines per table in the tasting brochure, and we suggest this is a sensible number in terms of space.
Timing of tasting: In Manchester and London there will be three sessions for consumers – two on the Saturday (11am – 3pm and 4pm – 8pm) and one on the Sunday (12 noon – 5pm). In Cardiff and Edinburgh there will be two sessions in total: one on the Saturday from 2pm – 7pm and one on the Sunday from 12 noon – 5pm.
