Three Wine Men

If you’re looking for a great consumer facing experience, then we invite you to get involved with the Three Wine Men 2014. It’s not just about the shows themselves, there’s a lot more: you can promote yourselves on-line and directly to our database of engaged wine consumers. You can sell wine through the on-line shop and at the shows and, of course, the shows give you the opportunity to really get involved with Oz Clarke, Olly Smith and Tim Atkin MW. They are completely ‘hands on’ throughout the shows, encouraging consumers to try new wines, often getting behind the tables and pouring wines themselves. 1. London: Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June 2014
2. Manchester: Friday 4th and Saturday 5th July 2014
3. York: Friday 26th, Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September 2014
4. Cardiff: Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th October 2014
5. Manchester: Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th November 2014
6. London: Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th December 2014

Generally there is one session on a Friday (Manchester/York) two sessions on a Saturday, and one on a Sunday.

A few notes about the dates and times:

• The first London tasting is timed to coincide with the London Wine Fair and London Wine Week which is being pioneered by Brintex and Diffords who run the very successful London Cocktail week. We guess that some of you will have producers in town that week and this will give them a consumer-facing opportunity, while benefitting from the additional publicity that will surround the London Wine Week itself.

• York: We have decided to include York to coincide with their popular food and drink festival. We will get full support for the show from Christine Austin at the Yorkshire Post and will be fully integrated into the promotional activity driven by the festival. So good news for everyone. There will be four sessions over this weekend; one on Friday evening, two on Saturday and one on Sunday.

There are absolutely NO hidden costs for exhibitors

What you get for your money:

  • Receipt of your wine into the Sensible Wine Services warehouse, delivery of your wine to your table and all logistics on the day
  • Tasting equipment including table(s) (6’ trestle tables) with cloths, ice box, ice, water biscuits and spittoons
  • Free entry in the tasting brochure (one page per table booked)
  • A branded Three Wine Men roll-up banner with your company name/company logo (for full tables only)
  • Opportunity to sell to visitors from your table or using the payment facilities offered by SWS
  • Availability of your wines in the on-line ‘shop’ along with a clear link to where to buy them
  • Dedicated exhibitor page on the Three Wine Men website
  • Website page syndicated to the Three Wine Men social media networks
  • Involvement in marketing and social media programme
  • Consumer tickets to be used as prizes/incentives if you help to help spread the word about the Three Wine Men shows, eg competitions for your customers, leaflets in your shop etc
  • Leaflets and posters to promote the show

Visitors

We usually receive 1200-1600 visitors each weekend depending on the capacity of the venue. Our experience tells us this gives you the best exhibitor to visitor ratio. Oz, Olly and Tim want you to be able to talk to visitors, to engage with them and to sell to them too.

Cost of exhibiting

1 ‘full’ 6’ table at 1-2 shows (14 wines) – £1,200 per show
1 ‘full’ 6’ table at 3-5 shows (14 wines) – £1,080 per show
1 ‘full’ 6’ table at 6 shows (14 wines) – £995 per show

An additional 5% discount on the above prices is available to exhibitors buying 2 or more full-price 6’ tables at an individual show.

Half (or 4’) table – 50% of prices above (7 wines max).
Barrel table – £495 per show (5 wines max)

Companies booking a full table at listed price are entitled to a free roll-up banner for their table. For other exhibitors, banners are available at £75+VAT.

Our VIP exhibitor package (only 3 available for the entire year)

For anyone who plans to be at all six shows and really wants to make the most of their weekends, our VIP exhibitor package is loaded with value. For £15000, you get:

  • 2 tables at every show (worth £11,343)
  • Three customised tastings at your table during the weekend. ie, one per session, each with a different Wine Man. In York, of course, you’ll get four customised tastings as there are four sessions
  • 10 tickets for your customers (value £250) for every show
  • Prime table location
  • Priority marketing and social media exposure

Invoicing

You will be invoiced soon after you book your table.

Terms of Payment

• If you book for all 6 shows, payment will be due by the end of April 2014
• If you book for individual shows then payment will be due 6 weeks before the first show you book.
